The TL-SF1016DS Next Generation Fast Ethernet Switch is equipped with the latest energy-saving technologies that can increase your network bandwidth with significantly less power consumption. The device automatically selects a power mode based on connection status and cable length in order to conserve power and thus limit the carbon footprint of power generation.
Excellent performance
A rack-mountable metal case, combined with a certified internal power supply, make the switch the most advanced, low-cost 16 user line product. Using a non-blocking architecture, the TL-SF1016DS switch can transmit and filter packets at the highest possible network speed for maximum throughput. The TL-SF1016DS switch also supports IEEE 802.3x flow control for full duplex mode and reverse flow control for half duplex mode to avoid congestion and ensure reliable data transmission, which ensures the reliability of the switch.
Easy to use
The auto-negotiation features of the Fast Ethernet switch make installation easy. No additional configuration required. Auto-MDI/MDIX eliminates the need for crossover cables. The auto-negotiation feature on each port detects the connection speed of the network device (10 and 100 Mbps) and configures compatibility and optimal operation.
