- Boil water off without mixing, when water and oil remains in bottom, reduce heat to minimum.
- Cover the pot with a good lid. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, do not open cover during this time
- Remove the lid and gently stir the plov. Serve hot with some fresh herbs, such as cilantro or parsley.
